I hereby request a change of status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading. I've been maintaining a number of free software FPGA synthesis flow related packages as DM (yosys, nextpnr, fpga-icestorm, berkeley-abc) for a year give or take. Recently adding support for new FPGA types has required uploading new packages putting additional load on my kind sponsors. I would like to be able to handle these changes myself and I feel it's time to take the step to DD anyhow. In the future I'd like to work on making Debian better at acting as a piece of network infrastructure.
