Nadzeya is quick to learn, consistent and motivated. She cares about providing high- quality packages, works hard and to achieve that and succeeds to do so. She works well with others, cares about process and engages in fruitful discussion on how to improve packaging. She interfaces gracefully with upstream and is able to attend after her own bugs. When she feels she needs it, she asks for help. I believe she has all the qualities we should look for in a Debian Maintainer.
