I have not actually worked with Michael, but have talked with him,
informally but about serious issues, during DebConf25. I am certain that,
once Michael is accepted as a DD, we will gain a lot of insight from a
person well formed in one of the fields we are less dexterous in. Not only
that, we will gain the integrity of a true believer in the ideals upon
which we have built our project.
