We met at MiniDebConf Maceió 2025 for the first time and talked about a lot of technical stuff about his area of expertise which is networking. We have met again during this year's MiniDebConf Campinas, where Rony joined for the MiniDebCamp preceding the event. There Rony showed interest in learning to package and many DDs gathered around and helped him to learn. I was one of them and the ability to learn quick and listen to feedback really impressed me. Since then, I have reviewed his work on multiple packages and basically only asked some minor cosmetic changes.
