ocaml 3.01 ...

Hello fellow debian/ocaml packager ...

ocaml 3.01 just was released today, i have a package already prepared, and
will upload it to stable this afternoon.

I am not sure that the 3.00 bytecode is compatible to the 3.01 bytecode, so
best would be for all packages to be rebuilt with 3.01, at least those that
have bytecode support.
