As an Emacs and XEmacs non-guru, I've been having some problems with 
caml-mode, and I saw your note on the ocaml-debian list.  I have the same 
problem you did with run-caml, plus I get

Symbol's value as variable is void: caml-mode-map

unless I first run caml-mode.  Anyway, did you ever resolve these issues?  I 
experimented briefly with tuareg mode, but it was displaying different 
characters than what was in the file (!) plus I don't like the indentation 
style as well.  Thanks.
