Any idea ?

Depends: zoggy (= 1.2+cvsxxx) | zoggy-byte (= 1.2+cvsxxx)

Hey, I'm still thinking: how does APT handle automatic installation in
such cases? I think it is waiting the user to specify manualy either
zoggy or zoggy-byte and does not choose the first dependency it
meets. This is bad and not really user friendly (apt-get install
cameleon is not going to work out of the box).

The policy says it chooses one at random, the implementation says it
chooses the first by default.

Strange. I recall that sometimes it tells the user to specify the wanted package
(among those alternatives) in the command-line. Am I wrong?
