Hello,

I have been looking for OCaml bindings for the Berkeley database library and I
haven't been having much luck.

But I found this URL:
http://www-static.sane.net/debian/dists/unstable/installed/ocaml-bdb-ym_1.0.5-1_powerpc.changes

which includes:
Maintainer: Debian OCaml Maintainers <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Changed-By: Michael K. Edwards <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Description:
libbdb-ym-ocaml - yminsky's Berkeley DB interface for OCaml - runtime
libbdb-ym-ocaml-dev - yminsky's Berkeley DB interface for OCaml - development
    Changes:
     ocaml-bdb-ym (1.0.5-1) unstable; urgency=low
     .
       * First release (version is from SKS, within which yminsky's bdb is
         now bundled)

I can't seem to find any mention of this anywhere else. It appears that
yminksy's BDB is the one other people use, but all I could find was a tarball
from 2002 that wouldn't build; the SKS (mentioned above) CVS has commits to
their bdb/ directory from a "yminsky", but even that was quite strange to
build.

So my questions:
 - Is this an unofficial package, or is the debian-ocaml-maint@ leftover cruft?
 - Otherwise, is there some official place to get a distribution of this?

[I'm not on the list; please CC me.]
