Hello,
Page numbers are wrong in the Table of Contents of manual.ps.gz.
One more LaTeX pass is needed to generate correct numbers.
This can be fixed by correcting the corresponding Makefile rule :
manual.ps: manual.tex
latex manual && latex manual && latex manual
dvips manual.dvi -o manual.ps
