I just uploaded ocamlnet 0.9.8.1, a bugfix release of ocamlnet. Apparently it is binary compatible with 0.9.8, I tried to link it with pxp, netclient and ocamldap and they did not need rebuilding. Still, I encourage maintainers of packages which depend on ocamlnet to test their packages and check the binary compatibility with 0.9.8.1.
