ocaml won't enter testing until all packages depending on it are ready.
If ocaml enters testing without ocamlsdl, the version of
libsdl-ocaml{,-dev} in testing will be uninstallable. I think you can
upload as soon as every ocaml-related build-dependency of ocamlsdl is
Installed on every arch.
