Yes, just do it, ...

the original stuff in /usr/include/caml was also in  /usr/lib/ocaml/caml/ and
i decided to place it in a more rightfull place.

Moreover, if you don't put it there you might get bugreports about it,
especially for things concerning the FHS or such.
