Well, see it from another side. They are both member of the ftp-master team (a ftp-master is needed for the override file, i think) and they read the same todo mailing list. So i guess the removal will be handled either by a person who know about the upload (or vice versa) or at least at an earlier time (since it was filled earlier, supposing it is a fifo, or at least handled in chronological order). Alternatively, you can just make sure it is the same person by mailing ftp-master and tell them about it, just to make sure. Anyway, it is an academical issue for me only. Also i am told there will be a postgresql NMU today, so with a bit of hope the last dependency problem for ocaml->testing migration will be gone soon. Maybe you would need to reupload a new version of the package though, so all arches are built with the same version. Not sure though if it will change something.
