Well, rebuilding ocaml with 3.2 yielded the exact same problem : boot/ocamlrun boot/ocamlc -nostdlib -I boot -o expunge utils/misc.cmo utils/tbl.cmo utils/config.cmo utils/clflags.cmo typing/ident.cmo typing/path.cmo typing/types.cmo typing/btype.cmo typing/predef.cmo bytecomp/runtimedef.cmo bytecomp/bytesections.cmo bytecomp/dll.cmo bytecomp/symtable.cmo toplevel/expunge.cmo boot/ocamlrun boot/ocamlc -nostdlib -I boot -linkall -o ocaml.tmp toplevel/toplevellib.cma toplevel/topstart.cmo make[1]: *** [ocaml] Bus error make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/luther/ocaml-3.06' make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2 I will now go contacting the ocaml team about this (fill a bug, etc ...). But then, maybe other arches are also affected ? Maybe i should have this new package after all. Friendly, Sven Luther
