yes, it is. the changelog.gz of the 0.23.0 version tell us to do a svn co svn+ssh://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/svn/pkg-ocaml-maint but then it fail otherwise ( $ svn co svn+ssh://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/svn/pkg-ocaml-maint svn: Bogus URL svn: Non-svn URL passed to svn server: 'svn+ssh://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/svn/pkg-ocaml-maint' by the way, I've the proof that ssh has been run before the failure).
