The geneweb package currently uses its own system for handling its internal translation.
I started thinking about asking Daniel de Rauglaudre for using a standard gettext format for i18n. I guess that some standardized ocaml library exists for this. Am I wrong ? I'm not competent enough for implementing this myself and I'm not sure Daniel would be enthusiast for doing this himself, so any help may be welcome. --
