Well, it would be real nice if ocaml-tools would include
opkg-buildpackage, and the rest of the content of the svn tools
directory. having to do
../../../tools/opkg-buildpackage/opkg-buildpackage is starting to become
a bit burdensome.

opkg-buildpackage has his own package on the svn and anyway we're now
all using svn-buildpackage. I'm closing this bug.
