I think Sven meant binary uploads.

Anyway, remember that we will still have to change the debian/control to
add a >= build dependency on the right ocaml version to ensure the
autobuilder will use a given version. The solution implemented by Sven
ease the process tightening the number of places where we have to
manually write the version.
