Mmm, it would be helpful if you had just given a one-liner reason instead of
pointing out a longish FAQ. Also, i believe you are wrong in this, since the
debian/control file is *NOT* generated automatically during build, but on the
user system before the source package is uploaded, so the above explanation is
bogus :)

Also, let me point out that this is no different (and indeed has been inspired
by) the way the linux-2.6 kernel package handles the debian/control with
gencontrol.py, and i believe other packages do it too, i know i had to
generate the debian/control before source upload in parted for example.

I hope with this explanation you will see the shortcomings of the reasoning
behindyour rejection, and will now accept the package. I suppose that i will
have to reupload it or something ?
