Yes, it is. Bug reports for collaboratively maintained packages are sent here just because [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the "maintainer" of those packages. OTOH upload reports are sent here because this list has been manually subscribed to the PTS of almost all ocaml related packages for the "upload-source" action.
