Dear ocaml developpers, I am bringing scientific software for molecular biology into Debian, and one of my package contains an ocaml program.
I have read the ocaml policy, and tried to do everything correctly, but I would appreciate some proofreading before I send the package to my sponsor. In particular, lintian and linda complain about the binary to be unstripped, but if I understand correctly, this is necessary. Shall I override the errors? The package can be found on mentors.debian.net: - URL: http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/sigma-align - Source repository: deb-src http://mentors.debian.net/debian unstable main contrib non-free - dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/sigma-align/sigma-align_1.0-1.dsc It is sort of trivial (the source is one single .ml file), so I think that the proofreading can be very quick.
