Could anyone upload ara 1.0.17 please. There is one trivial change
which will
improve usability (this was suggested to me by several ara users):
* don't use heap compaction in non-interactive mode, i.e. we don't need to
spend resources in that case.
Please remember to remove UNRELEASED and NOT RELEASED YET when upload
occurs.
