I am very interested in coThreads (in fact, i was planning to package it myself). I need it for some program i am writing, right now. What i propose to you is to join on IRC (#debian-ocaml, irc.debian.org) tonight to do the packaging (+ ITP +...). I would also like to be comaintainer of the package. Do you agree ?
