ocsigen-doc only ships ocamldoc API reference of Ocsigen module. It does not ship entry level documentation teaching the Ocsigen basis which are linked under, for example, http://www.ocsigen.org/documentation . They aren't distributed upstream either, but they probably should be. Please ship them in Debian.
