Both entries are legitimate. The right thing to do would be to make
dh-ocaml conflicts with previous versions of ocaml (it already replaces
them).

Note: the same problem issue exists in a pure stable+backports setup, I
guess. But I don't think it's worth the trouble to fix this also in
backports.
