It's because of ${ocaml:Depends}: ocaml 3.11.1-3 was the first version
to provide /var/lib/ocaml/md5sums/* files, which are needed to compute
dependencies.
All post-dh-ocaml-0.9 packages should depend on these, and on the first
version of their dependencies that were converted to dh-ocaml 0.9, to
avoid missing dependencies.
