No, not right now. This is just a reminder bug.
And sorry for not giving more explanations. The version 0.9 of dh-ocaml
introduced automatic dependencies towards ocaml libraries
(${ocaml:Depends} and ${ocaml:Provides} substitution variables for
control files).
