liquidsoap is in main, but has gained a build dependency on the contrib libfdkaac-ocaml-dev package, which in turn depends on the non-free libfdk-aac-dev package, whereas Policy requires main to be self-contained. Please arrange to build the new fdkaac plugin from a separate source package (which would need to go to contrib) and downgrade liquidsoap-plugin-all's dependency on it to a suggestion.
