Hi,
libllvm-3.3-ocaml-dev installs *.cm* files (which are ABI-specific), but
does not depend on ocaml-nox-$ABI. It must.
You should use dh_ocaml for that (dh --with ocaml + ${ocaml:Depends} and
${ocaml:Provides} substvars).
