Right. And the first thing that should be done is getting the
(build-)dependencies up to speed.

If nobody objects (or beats me to it), I'd be happy to do NMUs of
current versions of the build-dependencies that are in unstable in the
next few days -- but to experimental.

Those are: sexplib310, bin-prot, fieldslib, type-conv.
