thanks for your efforts. I'm afraid backporting extlib isn't trivial:
dose3
-> librpm-dev (>= 4.12) already in jessie-backports
-> ocamlgraph-1.8.6 backporting was ok
-> extlib-1.7.0
-> findlib-1.5.5
-> ocaml-nox (>= 4.02.1) ... at which point I gave up :(
I have a working setup with the dose3 jessie version now, it's just
that the shell scripts are uglier than they could be. I'll keep
looking forward to stretch. :)
