Hi,

Many of the recent "Fails to build source after successful build" are
due to Dune changing *.opam files, which IMHO should not happen,
especially since we call it in release mode.

It seems that it's possible to ignore changes in *.opam files per
package [1], but it sounds more sensible to fix Dune.
