This problem will not be triggered on normal apt-get (dist-)upgrades, it will happen if you just
apt-get install openoffice.org to get a newer version of openoffice.org and its dependencies. Or if you use dpkg manually to install openoffice.org, dpkg will let you install an inconsistent combination of packages.
