A co-worker worked on a native oo impress document. I opened it, I was able to play with it. I wanted to modify it, I done it, and when I wanted to save it, OO crashed. I opened it again, and just save it, without any modification (minor, a letter deleted to activate the save option). OO Crashed. The only fix I found was to save under StarImpress format, quit, open the starImpress, save under oo format and work with it. But in this case oo Impress still crashed, but randomly, and not so often, so I was able to work like if I was under MS Office®. Here the error message :) /usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice.bin: relocation error: /usr/lib/openoffice/program/libsvx641lp.so: symbol _ZNK27SvxForbiddenCharactersTable22GetForbiddenCharactersEth, version UDK_3_0_0 not defined in file libsal.so.3 with link time reference Thanks for packaging OO for Debian, It's very cool !
