It looks like this will be fixed in version 2. The problem with the
filename is that OpenOffice.org is not correctly converting the ":" into
a %3A.
Several workarounds are available:
- manually translate the ":" into "%3A"
- reference the file with a leading "./"
- start ooffice and open the file from the file dialog
