Ok, I tested it in sidux, but the bug is maybe reproductible in sid too: switch xkbmap to default french keyboard, open a document and try enter the "ê" character by pressing first the "[" key and then the "e" in us english keyboard. For me, it does not work, I just get "e". br andras
