That is:  á (á U+00E1) and ó (ó U+00F3) appear wrongly in regular 
Arial and Bitsream Vera Sans fonts.  In both the á (á U+00E1) comes out 
as a space.  In Arial the ó (ó U+00F3)comes out correctly but in Bitsream 
Vera Sans the ó (ó U+00F3) comes out as Û (Û U+00DB)
