two sets of icons should be revised/reordered as for the positioning of the
icons when rtl mode is enabled:
1) the 2 icons: RTL and LTR should change positions, one with the other.
the RTL should be places to the right of the LTR icon.
2) the 4 icons that are related to text alignment should be reordered (from
left to right) according: no-alignment,align left,centered,align right.
just to make the interface more clearly functional from an rtl point of view.
currently, i worked around it by reordering the buttons locally.
