I was surprised to note the tenacity with which a text frame tried to maintain its position at or below the top of the main text area of the page, despite being told to anchor it to the page rather than to the text area. The problem this causes me is that the text I wish to put in there is the draft date of the magazine I am editing. As it happens, I must now place that information in the top of the TOC area for the magazine. I am sure this behavior is quite new -- after all, the prior edition, which came out last month, had a correctly placed text frame indicating that information.
