Yes, setting the JVM in the Options worked for my account too. I
deleted the file for the rest of the accounts on my desktop to make it
easier.
Which JDK did you configure OOo to use in etch?.
In the old javasettings_Linux_x86.xml stays java-6-sun-1.6.0.00. It was
sun-java6-jdk from etch-backprots or custom made with java-package, not
sure now.
