The postinst of -wiki-publisher does what every extension does - unopkg - with the exception that the extension help (index) is built during registration. But it worked for me even with below openjdk version afair (my laptop is in a non-working state right now so I cannot immediately text on amd64) and the same lucene2 version (which is the Java library responsible for doing the index). As the rest of your bugs: + moreinfo. I am not taggingit unreproducible yet but I am sure I will be able to do that when my laptop works again and I install sid including -wiki-publisher.
