It works on sid for me with 1:3.1.0-5 (and iceweasel 3.0.11, but that shouldn't mater). Neither with 1:3.0.1-9 from squeeze (there, though, the edit menu is larger, but it still doesn't occupy the whole screen) So I am closing it, marking it as fixed in 1:3.0.1-9, so that it will stay open for lenny...
