found 252279 1:3.1.0-5 thanks I currently experience this bug with openoffice.org/1:3.1.0-5 Even worse: I cannot import EPS files at all.
Steps to reproduce (require packages grace and gv):
$ echo -e '2 3 \n 1 6 \n 6 1' | gracebat - -hdevice EPS \
-printfile foo.eps -hardcopy
$ gv foo.eps
gv is able to correctly display the EPS file
$ oowriter
from menus, select Insert -> Picture -> From File...
select foo.eps and click on the Open button
an error dialog window shows up, saying:
Unknown graphics format
the only think I can do is clicking on the OK button
I cannot understand why EPS is listed among the supported formats, if
it does not seem to be actually recognized and supported... :-(
