Because I reassign bugs filed against unknown packages, to places where they appear to make more sense. In this case, the report itself was talking about libreoffice, so I assumed that's the correct place to file it. I trust that - like in this case - the maintainers know far better than I do, and if I happen to make a mistake, by mis-assigning a report, or not noticing a duplicate, deal with it more efficiently than I could.
