Yes, 3.5.4-3 is buggy wrt -report-builder (actually since long, interestingly nooone noticed) - the package just is empty :(. And I didn't fix it before -3 migrated as I first wanted all those other RC and security fixes in before I upload a new version. Sorry. 3.5.4-4 (already uploaded) is fixed.
