Maybe your mirror isn't yet uptodate? Or if you used i386 it didn't get into your packages file yet as i386 wasn't built (just shortly accepted) and stupid^W dak doesn't put it there yet. It is uploaded (and was accepted this night): see e.g. ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libr/libreoffice/ and look for -report-builder.
