The attempt of a direct download on the mirror site fails, too.
This happens with different mirror-servers. The rest of the previous update
worked well. This issue occurs on different physical and virtual clients in the
same network.
If your network is broken it's not the packages' problem. There have been
various upgrades in the meanwhile. Here and on various machines elsewhere.
And even if http://ftp.uni-kl.de/debian had a problem that would be the same
and the approriate person to address to is the admin of that mirror.
