Sorry, my bad. apt-cache policy says 4:25.2.3-2+deb13u3 is installed.

Yeah. Count me confused :)

Especially since the original report #1113713 actually *was* against 25.2.3-1 
and there were no apparmor changes since then (in contrast to 26.2.x ;) and the 
mentioned
