Hey, I would suggest to follow a milestone based week (just like the one
gsoc has). The milestones for each week can be decided by the mentors after
discussing with students. It doesnt matter whether a persons works
40hrs/week but whether he finished his milestone for the week. Rather than
time based evaluation a work based one will be better for more productivity.
