Y
ou can also scan past Debian projects under Outreachy and see which one
interests you. Try building that project and discuss what problems you
encounter.

​I have previously worked on Free - RTC project-- Lumicall and would be
able to help if you encounter any issues.

ou can also try to install Debian ( in case you dont use Debian ) maybe
dual boot or setting up a virtual box. This would help you be in a strong
position to complete the test activites which you'll be given later for
Outreachy under Debian :)
